You cannot even check how many points you have collected !

It crashes when I want to add my bookings in the booking section. Otherwise the design is good and its easy to use.

App crash if try to check-in. Very bad...

App fails to transfer ticket to Passbook, claims my ticket is invalid. Apart from that, I was able to add my previous made booking to the app, check in and choose seats.

The app crashes after updating to IOS 9, please fix.

Unfortunately it doesnt work on ios4. Waiting for bug fix.

App was unable to retrieve my booking for online checkin. App was able to view my booking, but got it wrong. Had the outbound flight from Bangkok to Trang correct, but had me returning to Bangkok that same day instead of the correct six days later. Avoid this if youre at all interested in accuracy.

UI is good but performance

Should state it in the app description upfront. I had to delete after spending time installing it.

Before it was in English but now its in Thai & I cant find out how to switch it back. My account is the US store & my region is also USA. Frustrating, re-downloading does nothing. The IOS web/Safari version is buggy & unusable. The passbook option was great, but now when traveling Ill have to either find access to a computer, call or book at the airport. Must note however Nok Air is still the best option for flying in Thailand.

I just wonder why you removed passbook for iOS devices. I was so convenient to use passbook on iPhone or iPod. I was glad for that experience. Yeah, you developed this version to save boarding pass to Photo Library and easy to scan that bar code. But it is not different from Air Asia or Thai Airway.

Its really useful when it comes to check in , book flights , etc. The designed of the app is pretty good too
